Job Overview


As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the key point of contact for customer questions and issues coming through email, social media, and their Shopify store. Leveraging your stellar written communication abilities, you'll provide thoughtful, branded responses and troubleshoot order issues to resolve problems quickly.


This is a work-from-home opportunity with a flexible schedule, though coverage is needed during standard UK business hours. As the company grows in the US, the role may expand to full-time with potential for specialization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries timely over email/chat platforms

  • Log and track issues in centralized platform, routing to internal teams as needed

  • Investigate orders and troubleshoot problems, refunding/replacing items if warranted

  • Suggest process improvements based on customer feedback patterns

  • Uphold company tone and branding in all communications


Requirements
  • 1+ years in customer service or support role

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills

  • Strong customer focus and problem-solving mindset

  • Experience with Shopify platform a plus

  • Passion for beauty/fragrance industry preferred

  • Self-motivated and organized

  • it would be beneficial for the candidate to have experience with or knowledge of using a customer service platform, such as Zendesk or a similar one like Gorgias
