For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

At least 8 years of experience leading and facilitate Scrum ceremonies;
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables;
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner;
Create and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics;
Product analyst experience and AI knowledge would be plus;
English fluency is mandatory;
Availability for full-remote work based in Portugal.
