About the project:

The Scrum Master helps to develop a product and process vision based on customer needs and expectations of stakeholders within the framework of the strategic guidelines, defines product features and communicates these decisions transparently within the team. Scrum Master helps to make decisions for the products, assuming responsibility for its success and thus ensures product quality together with the development team. In that context, he/she is also responsible for creating reusable solutions. Scrum Master is also working within Scrum Master Team planning, organizing meetings and events for the Cluster.

In Cross Channel Services we are delivering cross-functional services for implementations in online banking platform of Commerzbank to ensure stable and highly available online banking. We are working in agile teams consisting of Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Experts, Developers, Application Engineers and Testers.

You will be responsible for:

• Working in an agile environment with cross-functional and international teams, ensuring the deliverability of your cell(s) and our Cluster
• Regular meetings with the Scrum Master Team to take care of overarching tasks (big room planning, cluster retro, newsletter)
• Conceptualization, optimization and execution of cell- and cluster meetings (workshops, scrum meetings as planning, daily, reviews and retrospectives)
• Lead, advise, coach and support the team members so that it ultimately becomes a self-organizing, self-responsible and highly productive team with an agile mindset
• Support the Product Owner in the processing of the product backlog and prioritization and in the preparing of planning
• Lead the risk and impediment backlog

Alternative tasks (depending on demand):

• Organize and be responsible for a meaningful assessment of the user stories, conduct acceptance of the sprint result prior to presentation in the review meeting, define acceptance criteria for user stories prior to sprint planning and obtain commitment of the team for the sprint backlog
• Take responsibility for the products
• Share expert knowledge with colleagues and other departments, including outside the Cluster

Which technology & skills are important for us?👌

• Professional experience on similar position
• High knowledge of Scrum framework
• Good knowledge of agile methods & tools
• Ability to analyze processes and requirements
• English (B2 level)
