How you can make a difference?

As a member of our global, remote, marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing highly effective growth and paid media strategies for the company’s brands. You’ll be the lynchpin in developing strategy, campaign planning, execution, measurement, and optimization of our paid search advertising campaigns, defining the right channel mix and budget levels across the buyer’s journey to drive optimal conversions for our sales-led and self-service motions. The ideal candidate will be able to gracefully move from holistic strategy to execution to innovation while working cross-functionally with multiple brands. Experience analyzing performance data, extracting insights, presenting performance reports, and formulating recommendations is a must-have.

This role reports to the Director of Self Service Growth.


What you’ll be doing

  • Develop multi-channel paid media strategies and execute campaigns to deliver brand awareness, meet paid acquisition targets, and lower customer acquisition costs.

  • Own optimization, execution, and operations across all paid media and paid search channels to support pipeline growth.

  • Effectively own and manage significant ad budgets and performance across multiple channels and for multiple brands.

  • Partner with product marketing, RevOps, design, and other marketing teams to improve lead-to-opportunity conversions for both self-service and sales-assisted buyer journeys.

  • Understand the full buyer’s journey and drive initiatives for growth marketing to support the entire journey with successful paid ad strategies.

  • Test and optimize by channel to maximize the performance of campaigns.

  • Combine experience, creative thinking, and data-driven insights to recommend and innovate paid media activities.

  • Develop and implement strategies to test, optimize, and scale ad campaigns.

  • Analyze, proactively communicate, and present results of paid campaigns to cross-functional stakeholders.
