POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Builder Operations Manager with Freedom Forever, you’ll play a critical role in managing and executing construction projects from start to finish. You’ll serve as the primary liaison between the company and our Homebuilder Partners. You will work closely with your homebuilders, design team, subcontractors, and other internal stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Your technical expertise, organizational skills, and ability to effectively communicate will be key in coordinating and facilitating various aspects of the construction process.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage large construction pipeline from Order to System Activation
· Serve as the primary point of contact for homebuilders and stakeholders addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
· Coordinate with homebuilder superintendents & Freedom Installation Teams to establish project objectives, deliverables, and timelines
· Collaborate with the design team, architects, and engineers to review plans, specifications, and drawings
· Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, local authorities, and industry standards
· Track site execution and inspections to ensure work is performed according to safety guidelines and quality standards
· Develop and integrate cost-saving measures and maintain project profitability
· Support and train Homebuilder staff on processes as needed
· Support Homebuyers with product consultations as needed
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Certifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in construction related studies preferred
· High School Graduate or GED
