What are we looking for?
In this opportunity, we are looking for a Java Full-stack Developer to work with our customer development team. As a Java Fulls-tack Developer, you will work on web development's front-end and back-end aspects. This individual will be responsible for the following: Front-end Development and delivering UX/UI experiences that match one-to-one designs previously crafted, paying excellent attention to detail, Backend Development, Database Management, API Integrations, and a strong experience with Cloud and DevOps Tools, as a team of one, you will be responsible for setting up a deployment pipeline on par with industry standards for new startups.
The ideal candidate should be able to understand needs, create action plans, follow up, and ensure results. High availability is mandatory as this position will be part of the emergency management team.

Here are some of the exciting day-to-day challenges you will face in this role:Lead the development team designing, building, and maintaining our backend, frontend, and mobile applications.Collaborate with the product manager to define the technical roadmap and prioritize tasks. Oversee the implementation of Stripe integration, social media sharing, and registration features. Ensure the platform is secure, scalable, and capable of handling high traffic volumes.Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish coding standards. Troubleshoot issues, including configuration, infrastructure, and code-level problems. Work with the QA team to ensure all features are well-tested before release.You will shine if you have:At least 4 years of experience working with Java, Spring Boot, and Postgres for backend development. Experience with frontend development using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS. Strong understanding of mobile app development with Flutter, ideally using the BloC pattern. Experience integrating third-party services (e.g., Stripe) and designing scalable payment systems. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and DevOps, including Docker, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines. Solid foundation in software architecture, including handling complex databases, caching, and API design. Ability to understand product requirements and translate them into technical action plans. Ability to work directly with the client, good English, and proper communication skills are essential.It wouldn't hurt if you also have:Experience in the sports or entertainment industry. Familiarity with implementing multilingual platforms and managing localization. Previous experience working on trivia, quiz, or game-related applications.Knowledge of good practices for high availability, including system redundancy and failover mechanisms.
