Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 am - 5pm with an hour unpaid lunch

Responsibilities:

  • Article writing for website blog and resources section.

  • Research and plan topics in a forward content schedule.

  • Brainstorm and propose new content strategies.

  • Write online product descriptions and landing page content.

  • Proofreading content and content editing before being published online.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall strategies. 

  • Seek out and establish blog relationships for various industries.

  • Engage in keyword research to optimize content for search engines.



Requirements

  • Provide a portfolio sample of previous content writing and/or copywriting work.

  • Excellent written English and communication skills.

  • Proficient in any Email Marketing Software

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

  • Previous experience with publishing content to a website CMS, e.g., WordPress
