Bobs Squad Assistant Sales Managers are professionals within the Bob’s Discount Furniture organization and play a vital role by ensuring that the associates who support our omnichannel teams perform to expectations and in a manner that is consistent with the Company’s core values and vision.
Bobs Squad Assistant Sales Managers promote Company policy and procedures by leading by example and always exhibit a professional appearance and demeanor.
The primary function the Bobs Squad Assistant Sales Manager is to oversee the omnichannel sales teams, to directly manage and motivate a team, to plan, direct and coordinate and to meet or exceed sales goals in accordance with established Company guidelines.
Bobs Squad Assistant Sales Manager works as a liaison for Store Operations and regularly communicates with various corporate departments.
Bobs Squad Assistant Sales Manager maintains a significant visible presence virtually to drive engagement and sales; to assist with customer experience opportunities timely and effectively while promoting and exhibiting The Bob’s Way.
The Bobs Squad Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for the success and development of the Omnichannel Sales Associates in achieving goals. The Bobs Squad Assistant Sales Managers is a vital member to the Team and serves in the role of the Manager on Duty (MOD), and as a result, at times; is responsible for overall management of the Omnichannel support function.
The Bobs Squad Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for confirming the integrity of all guest interactions to ensure accurate information is always given to guests. The Bobs Squad Assistant Sales Managers ensures safety, and all other policies and procedures and takes immediate action to report and correct violations. The Bobs Squad Assistant Sales Managers is responsible for the continuous maintenance of the virtual work environment.
The Bobs Squad Assistant Sales Manager will recruit, hire, and train direct report associates, developing and maintaining a TEAM focused on delivering The Bob’s Way to customers; while ensuring departments are staffed and scheduled at all times to meet business needs and Company objectives. The Bobs Squad Assistant Sales Managers conducts regular department meetings to review progress and keep associates abreast of Company initiatives.
The Bobs Squad Assistant Sales Manager will complete annual reviews in a timely manner and continually assesses the performance of associates and support staff working to promote productivity and efficiency.
The Bobs Squad Assistant Sales Manager will partner with Human Resource Management to evaluate, recommend, and execute appropriate employee discipline and is responsible for all new associate orientations in accordance with established Company guidelines.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage a virtual TEAM that is aligned with the Company’s values and vision.
Drive Sales and Engagement according to the Bob’s Way
Analyze reports to maximize sales productivity.
Maintain virtual team awareness.
Responsible for driving results through appropriate employee sales behaviors.
Recruit, hire and train new sales associates.
Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Virtual sales leadership experience.
Proven experience coaching and or mentoring sales associates.
Ability to analyze sales data and create action plans for improvement.
2-5 years Managerial experience preferable in sales environment
Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities:
$68,000.00 Annually
