The Sales Administrator will be responsible for sales support to the multiple sales departments at Info-Tech Research Group. This person will be responsible for balancing project responsibilities as required by Sales Operations Management. The fast-paced environment requires constant multitasking, superior Administrative skills and a strong customer focus, along with excellent written and oral communication skills. This Administrator will also be responsible for making sure incoming calls are answered promptly and professionally, and are directed to the appropriate person or department. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Administration - Processing Sales Requests from all commercial teams - Vetting deals to ensure accuracy - Communicating with Sales management - Sales verification and account administration - Clear CRM knowledge and usability - Daily Administration of Accounts in our CRM System - Fulfill Sales Management and Sales/Account Rep requests - Cross Training within the Administrative Department - Documentation of sales process changes
Measures: - Accuracy of information entered into database - Prompt entry of all sales daily - Entry of updated information into system within 1 business day - Low error rates - Strong attention to detail
General Administration - Manage a multi-line telephone and reception area - Ensure incoming calls are answered promptly and professionally - Efficiently direct calls to the appropriate individual - Filling in for other Administrators when needed
Measures: - Projects done well, efficiently and in a timely manner - Professional attitude both while dealing with Clients and Co Workers - Flexibility and Cross Training within in the Admin Department
Other Duties: Projects as defined by the Sales Operations Management Key Selection Criteria• Previous experience in a project-oriented role
• Strong knowledge of software such as MS Word and MS Excel
