We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.

What You Will Do
We're seeking an exceptional Senior Community Manager to join our team and deliver outstanding community management for Monopoly Go! You'll create and activate community strategies to engage with and grow our online communities. If you're an expert in building and maintaining player communities with a passion for social media and community platforms, we'd love to hear from you.
Our ideal candidate excels in communication, whether leading teams or creating compelling content behind the scenes. You're collaborative, people-focused, and skilled at supporting teams to lead and grow multiple platforms. Your main goal will be ensuring the Community team bridges the gap between the studio and players.
  • Plan, build and implement community management strategies to align with wider game campaigns.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external teams, including Game Design, Ops, Marketing, PR and Communications teams, to ensure brand impact, consistency and alignment.
  • Lead and support a team of community managers.
  • Build and lead community support teams (e.g. game masters, Moderators).
  • Plan, create and curate multi-media content for all supporting community channels.
  • Actively engage with the community, manage conversations and triage/assist with questions.
  • Supervise and report on user feedback, channel health and trends.
  • Build and execute processes for player and dev team feedback and improvements.
  • Collaborate and liaise with teams and wider company departments to organise and manage deliverables and tasks.
  • Plan, produce and deliver presentations and documentation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with VIP community members, content creators and influencers.
  • Continually develop and build on community processes, strategies, and tactics to ensure platform/channels impact and success.
  • Stay up to date with community management and digital technology trends and push for ongoing iterations and improvements.
  • Organise and participate in events to build community growth and engagement, and boost brand awareness.
  • Assist management/leadership on additional community management tasks; take ownership and aim to complete said tasks.
What we’re looking for:
  • 5+ years’ experience as a community manager.
  • Passion/interest for games and gaming.
  • Experience launching impactful community initiatives (e.g., building and leading an online forum/channel, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, writing content)
  • Established experience in leading teams and individuals.
  • Experience with budgeting.
  • Knowledge of current and emerging local and global community platforms and channel trends.
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics, sentiments and data (native platforms, 3rd party tools and other platforms).
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills.
  • First-hand experience with social media building and management for brands.
  • Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent teamwork and exec-level stakeholder relationship management skills.
