About You

You are a senior, autonomous tech-savvy product or project manager with a solid understanding of media outlets and how they operate. You have experience in developing and launching successful digital media products, ideally in the online media advertising space. You are a strong communicator, collaborator, and problem-solver who can translate and implement business needs into technical requirements. You are at ease working with developers, designers, editorial teams, and other stakeholders to bring innovative products to market.

You are based anywhere in Europe and can work autonomously and asynchronously in this time zone.

Top 5 Objectives

  1. Develop and Launch New Products: Identify opportunities and gaps to leverage Impact Group Media's existing technologies and data to create new products and services for the media group.

  2. Enhance Existing Media Offerings: Develop product enhancements and features that improve the user experience and value proposition of our diverse media platforms.

  3. Create Data-Driven Products: Develop and launch data-driven products, such as market research reports, data visualizations, and interactive tools, that leverage our primary research capabilities.

  4. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with developers, designers, editorial teams, and the Director of Revenue to ensure seamless product development and integration.

  5. Manage Product Roadmap: Define and manage the product roadmap for the Impact Media Group, prioritizing initiatives based on business goals and market needs.

Other Responsibilities

  • Conduct global and local market research and analyze user needs to identify and steer product opportunities.

  • Gather and translate product requirements into technical specifications for the development team to implement.

  • Oversee the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.

  • Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform product improvements.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in product or project management, preferably in the online media advertising or market research industry.

  • Strong understanding of digital product development methodologies.

  • Experience working with agile development and editorial teams.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Good command of English.
