We are hiring for remote positions in the following states: AL, AR, GA, ID, IA, KS, NH, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX UT, WV, and WY!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this position, you will be providing technical troubleshooting support for customers with various home medical equipment.

  • Consult with customers to understand their issues and determine the best troubleshooting option.
  • Have excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to different types of customers and use positive language to represent yourself and the Company
  • Use excellent customer service skills to handle escalated customer interactions

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND WORKSPACE:

  • Dedicated home office workspace, ideally a separate room with its own door
  • Adequate space to set up the workstation
  • Ability to hardwire internet (direct connection to your router)
  • Three power connections
  • No personal disruptions during scheduled hours (e.g., loud music, non-work-related phone calls, or other household members)
  • Continuous availability throughout your shift; flexibility to handle non-work-related tasks is not possible.

 

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • High School Diploma, GED
  • Experience working on a computer
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Great customer service is a must
  • Enjoys working on a team
  • Previous CNA or Medical assistant experience is a plus
  • Previous contact center experience is a plus

 

 

TRAINING:

  • Two weeks of paid training in a group environment
  • Systems Training
  • Live Remote Training
  • 100% attendance required

 

SCHEDULE:

  • Full time
  • 1st shift
  • Monday-Friday
