ACTIVTRAK CONSULTANT - REMOTE

COMPANY

BH Properties (the ‘Company’) is a privately held commercial real estate investment firm focused on value-add acquisitions in retail, office, industrial, affordable housing and multi-family properties located throughout the Western United States along with investments in distressed debt and ground leases.  The Company is vertically integrated, with offices in Los Angeles, Phoenix, Dallas, Houston, San Francisco and Seattle.  Founded thirty (30) years ago and operating with no outside capital partners allows us advantages in moving quickly and creatively in structuring acquisitions to satisfy seller needs.  Today, the Company owns and operates approximately 10M square feet across 18 states.

POSITION

The ActivTrak Consultant will be responsible for advising the company on all matters of productivity tool tracking and ActivTrak. This is not meant to be a full-time role.

The role is crucial to our productivity tool operations and company efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze and process data from company's ActivTrak logs
  • Prepare and present reports to Executive Management
  • Recommend areas for improvement with employee productivity
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Thorough knowledge of ActivTrak. No substitutes - ActivTrak only.
  • Presentation skills
  • Previous experience with creating and presenting dashboards
