The Role

We're seeking an experienced recruiter who will support our Research and Development (R&D) organisation, encompassing data, product, and engineering teams. You'll be based in our Edinburgh office and will be instrumental in scaling our hiring efforts across Europe. As a brand ambassador for Addepar, you'll showcase our values and culture to potential candidates, ensuring we attract the very best talent.

What You'll Do
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for R&D roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent across Europe.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and offer expert guidance on recruitment strategies.
  • Utilise market insights to inform recruitment efforts and improve processes.

  • Knowledgeable about the European talent market and recruiting across different countries.
