JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN AV DESIGN SUPPORT
Your Responsibilities as an AV Design Support would be:
• Provide technical support to the research, planning, and design of audio, video, and control solutions
• Research and analyze the capabilities of available hardware and software options
• Design audiovisual systems of various hardware and software components that work together as one integrated system and that meet customer’s specific needs
Qualifications as an AV Design Support:
• Should have experience in AutoCAD and Revit as well as a developed understanding of architectural drawings and standard practices.
• Revit Focused and with AV Signal Flow (electrical Schematics) Drawing experience.
• Should have some AV Drafting/Engineering experience.
• Prior experience in the service, installation, or design of audio, video and presentation systems
• Experience in a technology or construction field preferred
• Ability to read engineering schematics and communicate design intent
• Effective written and oral communicator, and able to participate in client and stakeholder meetings on a regular basis as well as field video conference calls.
• Should be familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Word and Bluebeam.
• A close attention to detail and eagerness to meet the client’s expectations flawlessly is paramount for this position.
• Work by this individual will be performed on a weekly basis of 40 hours a week.
• Can work Night Shift Schedule.
