Job Description

We are looking for experienced Executive Assistants to our clients with high-level administrative support.


Requirements

  • College educated
  • Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
  • Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of executives.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.
  • Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and milestones.
  • Experience in using CRMs and other relevant software
  • Project management experience (Monday, Asana, Trello)
  • Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
  • Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)


Compensation and Benefits

  • Up to PHP 42,500 a month (Based on experience)
