The Role

As Program Manager, Digital Adoption you will play a critical role in helping ensure BeyondTrust customers realize timely return on investment predominantly using digital and automated motions. You will help optimize and expand our Digital Adoption program that helps customers improve their security posture using BeyondTrust products. You will have strong communication skills, working cross-functionally to support our customers. You will partner closely with teams like adoption, product management, user experience, and customer success to build a cohesive digital experience for our customer base. In this role you will be a critical part of defining and building BeyondTrust’s digital adoption program, helping to transform the ways our end users adopt our products with the goal of driving customer health and retention. This role will require creativity, strategic thinking, collaboration, and strong communication.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and help implement effective digital playbooks and programs to drive product adoption and reduce churn through digital interactions
  • Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve customer outcomes
  • Utilize a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data issues; proactively communicate with internal stakeholders to align on new opportunities or mitigate risks
  • Cross-collaborate with various teams including adoption, product management, user experience, customer success, etc., to ensure BeyondTrust understands our customers’ current state in using our products
  • Serve as a liaison between Customer Success and Adoption teams by sharing content in an impactful way to improve customer experience and results.
  • Continually look for improvement of processes and tools to further evolve BeyondTrust’s digital program management methodologies to ensure process and program delivery quality and scalability
  • Develop supporting documentation including requirement specifications and process documentation
