Lead Generator - Environmental Services

This is a remote position.

​20 hours per week; flexible time during the client's business hours, Newtown, CT Time

Scope:

• Process a list of 5,000 to 15,000 potential leads
  

• Obtain email addresses, phone numbers, and website information for each lead
  

• Verify services offered by each professional to ensure alignment with company offerings
  

• Achieve weekly targets for lead generation and data verification
  

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Excel spreadsheets
  

Responsibilities:

• Conduct internet research to gather contact information for certified environmental cleanup professionals
  

• Refine and improve existing lists of certified individuals with updated contact details
  

• Verify specific services offered by listed professionals to ensure relevance to our training programs
  

• Make outbound calls to potential leads when necessary to gather additional information
  

• Input and organize gathered data into Excel spreadsheets
  

• Prepare weekly reports detailing progress, including call outcomes and lead status
  

Requirements:

• Proficiency in internet research techniques
  

• Strong communication skills for effective outbound calling
  

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  

• Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  

• Basic understanding of environmental services industry (preferred but not required)
