Job description

This project seeks to develop an immunogenicity prediction script to enhance early assessments, enabling faster, more accurate identification of viable candidates while proactively minimizing immunogenic risk. Immunogenicity is a common hurdle in clinical trials, often leading promising therapeutic compounds to fail and preventing them from reaching patients. By employing in silico prediction at an early stage, we can select compounds with a greater chance of success and provide targeted mutation recommendations to reduce potential immunogenic reactions. This approach not only accelerates development but also supports safer, more effective therapies for patients.

About the Job:

Containerize a Linux command-line tool for immunogenicity prediction.
Develop a tool to generate and transmit amino acid sequence variants to an API.
Document processes and create visual representations of analyzed data.
Optional deployment of the container on Azure Container Service with load balancing.

Availability and Work Scope:

Start Date: From November
Project duration: 2-3 months
Work Scope: 20-40% workload, flexible schedule
Location: Remote work possible

Requirements

Linux/Unix: Proficiency with command-line tools and shell scripting.
Containerization: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies for tool deployment and management.
API Integration and Automation: Ability to develop an API for tool enhancement.
