About the role
Working within the Onboarding Team, this role will be the main point of contact during the onboarding process for new clients. This is a diverse role built for someone who can identify process improvements to create a better experience for our clients and can juggle multiple tasks  at a time for a variety of clients.  Impeccable organisational skills are required for this role.
Key responsibilities
  • Work in conjunction with multiple clients concurrently to support them through our onboarding process, including helping to design and build their new process to embed the use of Amiqus across their business;

  • Work closely with the Acquisition & Growth team as well as the Client Success team to ensure a streamlined onboarding journey for our clients;

  • Design and deliver training sessions with system users;

  • Analyse client metrics to spot trends and track client usage to help inform commercial decisions;

  • Proactively build strong relationships with our clients and key decision makers to manage key deliverables against plan;

  • Work closely with the wider company and teams to grow your knowledge and become a subject matter expert on our product so that you can effectively communicate information to clients;

  • Identify key areas of process improvement / revenue generating opportunities with our new clients.

  • Provide client service which is ‘second to none’ to ensure that our client onboarding experience results in excellent feedback, demonstrated within post-onboarding surveys.

This role will play a crucial part in our clients first impressions of Amiqus, we’re looking for someone with a certain level of professionalism who can enthusiastically welcome and onboard new clients. 

In addition, we are are looking for the following:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, managing client onboarding, relationship or account management;

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of key stakeholders this includes managing client relationships both internally and externally; 

  • Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills;

  • Excellent presentation skills, this includes creating content to effectively deliver to clients;

  • Experience of working closely with clients to deliver training;

  • Good organisation skills with the ability to prioritise work effectively;

  • A keen eye for detail and process improvement;

  • Interest in technology and enjoy working in a fast paced agile environment;

  • Ability to gather information diligently, are able to evaluate relevant options and opportunities, applying reasoning and logical thinking;

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work well as an individual and collaboratively within the Onboarding team.

  • Proactive approach when considering the impact of your work linked to commercial outcomes and client needs.
