Job Description

As a Bookkeeper, you’ll play a crucial role in managing financial records for various small businesses across the country. Working remotely, you’ll utilize QuickBooks Online to maintain accurate financial data, create detailed spreadsheets, and support high-level financial management tasks. This position offers unique exposure to diverse industries and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced CFO, providing invaluable learning experiences and potential for career growth.

Responsibilities
  • Perform precise data entry in QuickBooks Online for multiple clients
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial spreadsheets
  • Execute bank and account reconciliations with meticulous attention to detail
