Job description

The primary responsibility of the Project Coordinator is to ensure the successful completion of custom transactional projects. Uses knowledge of workflow to ensure that internal teams meet client deliverables for quote, estimate delivery, work order creation, and project execution through shipment.

The Project Coordinator is the primary owner of the project specifications and is expected to follow all processes to accomplish project goals Must understand the process workflow in initiating estimates and work orders.
Obtains and translates job specifications. Reviews the project before going into production to ensure adequate time and that resources and costs align with client expectations

Provides proactive client communication regarding estimates, file needs, proofs and requested timelines and project details.
Maintains accurate records on all jobs and contact with customer and/or sales so all parties are protected if problems arise. This may include, but is not limited to customer approvals/sign-offs/job acknowledgements, emails etc.

Basic Qualifications:

Education and Experience: HS/GED and 4 years related experience or Associate’s degree and 2 years of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Associates Degree in Marketing

Experience: 3 years of experience in Print or marketing

Additional Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older

Target Compensation Range

Hourly: $23.00 - $28.00
