What You Will Be Doing:
The Licensing Success Coordinator takes ownership of their assigned accounts. They are responsible for client escalations, training, reporting, data audits, monitoring of SLAs and workflows for other outsourcing functional divisions that process paper and electronic transactions. These transactions are comprised of initial license and renewal transactions, appointment transactions, license amendments, and other administrative functions. The Licensing Success Coordinator is responsible for the overall client satisfaction and regulatory compliance of their assigned client accounts.
The Licensing Success Coordinator will take an active role in their client’s stakeholder calls by implementing and leading scheduled calls. The Licensing Success Coordinator will also be responsible for overseeing large projects for their client,and ensuring successful implementation of new services and workflows. The License Success Coordinator will also take ownership of any tasks related to the implementation of a new task or client relationship.
The Licensing Success Coordinator works closely with RLS Management, RLS Quality Control, RLS Processing Teams, Regulatory, Customer Success, and Relationship Management staff to set and meet client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains quality assurance and control reporting services for top tier clients
- Prepares and submits licensing and regulatory filings and reports
- Corresponds with clients and state departments of insurance regarding licensing issues, questions and requirements
- Collaborates with other internal departments, teams and individuals on all licensing and registration matters
- Updates and maintains licensee records using internal and external systems and applications
- Assists management in implementing determined process workflows, controls or changes that will improve client satisfaction and ensure high processing accuracy
- Responds to written and telephone inquiries from licensees, clients, and state departments on insurance
- Coordinates and manages large client projects
- Apprises stakeholders of all updates
- Monitors daily processing input/output, monitors accuracy of processing teams and assists in managing training initiatives where training is required
- Coordinates complex or escalated cases and resolves problems while seeking process improvement opportunities and operational excellence
- Works closely with Relationship management staff to meet client expectations; manages to client SLAs
- Understands and applies complex regulatory rules and requirements
- Liaises with the Regulatory Affairs department to ensure that all processes conform to state and federal regulations
- Interfaces with client contacts to assist in the implementation of new clients with RLS Services
- Provides sales assistance in creating sales decks or support for pricing new RLS sales opportunities

The compensation range for this position is $40,000-$60,000. RegEd's compensation package is based on each candidate's unique skills, qualifications and experience. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience and qualifications. The total compensation package also includes our comprehensive benefits package, vacation time, sick time, volunteer time and parental leave.
