Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to generate visionary design concepts.
• Transform innovative ideas into detailed presentations and construction documentation.
• Oversee project administration for both interior renovations and new developments.
• Maintain high standards of quality in design and documentation.
• Mentor junior designers throughout the design process.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficient in Hospitality and Multifamily Residential Interior Design.
• Expertise in Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, Bluebeam Studio, and InDesign with strong 3D modeling capabilities.
• Technical acumen in code analysis (ADA/FHA/IBC, etc.) and consultant coordination (MEP, lighting, acoustic, security).
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Leadership skills to guide and inspire junior team members.
  
  

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of relevant experience in interior design or architecture.
• A Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Architecture or Interior Design.
• A valid work permit for the USA.
