Your Purpose 

Marketing Sales Enablement Specialist at Bitso, you will be the bridge between Marketing and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to drive demand and accelerate sales. You will be responsible for creating automated processes within CRM systems to streamline lead management and ensure an efficient and effective sales process. Also, we expect you to conduct competitive analysis, market trend analysis, and reporting.

Who You Are 

  • Experienced in generating and managing a lead pipeline, with a strong understanding of both marketing and sales functions.
  • Skilled in CRM systems, capable of building automation processes to support lead generation, tracking, and nurturing. Preferable experience with Hubspot.
  • Data-driven and able to analyze lead performance metrics to identify areas of opportunity.
  • Previous experience in sales enablement, or similar roles, preferably in technology or payments companies.
  • Collaborative, with the ability to work closely with marketing, sales, and business development teams to align lead-generation efforts.
  • Organized and proactive, able to manage multiple initiatives while ensuring timely execution and follow-up.

What You Will Do 

  • Collaborate with Marketing and sales to build and maintain a qualified lead pipeline, working together to identify, attract, and nurture prospects.
  • Design and implement CRM automation to streamline lead management, tracking, and follow-up, ensuring leads move smoothly through the sales funnel and the sales process is smooth
  • Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to identify trends, optimize lead sources, and report on lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Create and maintain sales materials, such as presentations, case studies, white papers, and sales scripts.
  • Ensure all sales materials are up-to-date and aligned with the company's messaging and market positioning.
  • Organize workshops, coaching sessions, and ongoing training to keep the sales team updated on best pitches, practices, and new tools.
  • Identify and analyze competitor strategies, market positioning, product offerings, and promotional tactics.
  • Regularly update insights to inform business strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Research and monitor industry trends, customer behavior, and emerging technologies.
  • Generate reports on market shifts, customer needs, and growth areas to support strategic planning and product development.
  • Create and conduct engaging training sessions on new product releases, emphasizing features, benefits, and differentiators.
  • Use real-world examples and competitive comparisons to help the sales team communicate value effectively to clients.
  • Provide guidance to BDRs on using CRM tools and lead automation effectively, ensuring they have the resources and training to maximize lead conversion.
  • Support the sales team in strategic proposals and complex negotiations by providing insights and supporting materials.
  • Lead ABM strategies for the ideal ICP.
