Overview
By working closely with different functional departments in LIXIL (factories in Japan, sales, customer service, logistics, etc.), this role is expected to respond to inquiries / requests from INAX customers (specifiers, distributors, installers) in a timely manner so that LIXIL can deliver excellent services to customers and realize business growth.
Responsibilities
- Distribute project leads from different leads generation platforms to local distributors so that they can be converted to specifications & sales
- Sampling process management: order samples from Japan and LIXIL warehouse for LIXIL sample department & distributor sample warehouse; monitor sample inventory and order replenishment for LIXIL sample warehouse and 3rd party sample fulfilling facility
- Set up new products in SAP system and update customer price lists
- Monitor open orders on a weekly basis and work with factories & customer care & logistics to ensure timely delivery to our customers
- Residence in Pacific time zone
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer support experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workplace or Microsoft Offices
- Team player, able to work in a matrix environment
Hiring Range
The Hiring Salary Range for this position is
$54,000.00-$88,000.00 annually.
(Salary offer to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
Other Compensation: This role will be eligible to participate in the annual Sales Incentive plan of 10 percent.
