As Project Manager Biopharma you will be responsible for project management, and participation in Biopharma projects in order to optimize processes, technology and resources and for the leadership and development of associates. You will also be responsible for project cost-efficiency, coordination of investment projects, and active participation with associates within and across departments, with the purpose of coordinating the Biopharmaceuticals activities in accordance with the law, internal regulations, good practices and business objectives.

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Preparation and management of projects in order to optimize processes, technology and resources, and participation in project implementation.

  • Drawing up of plans, coordination of activities, monitoring and implementation of the objectives set within the respective projects.

  • Ensuring cost efficiency of projects.

  • Coordination of investment projects and improvement projects.

  • Coordination of activities with other project and department managers, and cooperation with project teams.

  • Generation and archiving of project documentation.

  • Responsibility for personal and professional development and for the development of associates

  • Ensuring Business Continuity Management.

  • Provide conditions for and control over the implementation of HSE tasks and requirements in the unit.

What you will bring to the role:

  • University degree in pharmacy, biology, chemistry or other equivalent natural science degree.

  • Functional knowledge of English.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • 3-years' working experience in a comparable area.
