Your Mission

As a (Senior) Product Designer at YAZIO, you will:

Design visually stunning, user-centered experiences for mobile applications that align with our goals of enhancing engagement and retention.
Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless handoffs and bringing design concepts to life.
Embrace an MVP-driven, iterative approach, balancing quick value delivery with continuous improvement based on user feedback.
Conduct user research to deeply understand user motivations, behaviors and needs, crafting designs that minimize cognitive load and improve usability.
Contribute to our evolving design system, which is currently in the scoping phase, to establish consistency and scalability as we grow.

Your Profile

We're looking for a (Senior) Product Designer with:

3+ years of product design experience with a focus on mobile applications.
Proficiency in Figma and experience with prototyping and usability testing tools like Maze, Dovetail and Lookback.
Strong expertise in user research and usability testingâyou should be adept at using data to inform your designs and comfortable conducting research to refine concepts.
A portfolio that showcases user-centered designs and highlights impactful, research-driven projects.
Exceptional collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and disciplines.
Proven experience in preparing projects for developer handoff, ensuring design fidelity across different platforms.
A growth mindset, with an interest in mentoring junior designers and contributing to our design knowledge base.
