You’ll partner well with design leadership, design research, and content design. You’ll work end-to-end, from contributing towards Design and Product vision to delivering class leading design. You are able to work closely with Product and Engineering to tailor unique customer experiences for our merchants & consumers while ensuring cohesion to the core Affirm experience - championing our customers needs no matter where their journey starts.

What you'll do
  • Design end-to-end flows and product experiences for web/mobile applications that shape our post-purchase and internationalisation experience
  • Create end-to-end detailed design deliverables including experience maps, storyboards, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
  • Work through complex and ambiguous situations to clarify and focus design direction
  • Support through prioritisation of short-term to long-term results-oriented work that drives impact
  • Partner closely with research, content, product management, and engineering to identify opportunities to invest in delightful experiences during all design stages
  • Leverage design principles and frameworks to guide your decisions

What we look for

  • 3+ years experience in consumer product/UX design focused roles
  • Strong, thoughtful approach to the craft of design informed by user needs
  • Knows how to hold a bar for design craft and shipping to learn
  • Self-sufficient and uses leadership and peers to seek out feedback early and often
  • Ability to improve the culture of the team and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Familiar working with and contributing to a design system
  • A demonstrated portfolio of your work thinking strategically across multiple consumer experiences and shipping successful in-app/web experiences in a fast-paced environment. (Required)
