Job Description:

As an Inbound Appointment Setter, you’ll be the crucial first point of contact for potential clients, playing a vital role in the company’s growth strategy. You’ll manage and nurture leads generated from various digital marketing efforts, converting interested individuals into active gym members. This position offers a unique blend of sales, customer service, and fitness industry knowledge, allowing you to make a real impact on people’s lives while contributing to the company’s expansion. This role is with incentives or bonuses.




Job Highlights:

• 40 hours per week
• Permanent work from home
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Pacific with an hour unpaid break, 40 hours a week
• Client Timezone: PST


Responsibilities:

• Promptly follow up on inbound leads from Facebook ads and website inquiries
• Engage potential clients through phone calls, emails, and text messages
• Schedule initial workout appointments and consultations
• Manage lead information in HubSpot CRM
• Conduct follow-up calls to leads who haven’t booked a workout
• Work within established sales funnels to guide leads through the process
• Coordinate with in-house sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads
• Meet performance targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives



Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
• Proficiency in various communication tools (phone, email, text)
• Basic understanding of fitness industry terminology
• Strong time management and independent work skills
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
• Comfort with performance metrics and target-driven environments
• Ability to work US time zones
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals
