  • Maintain detailed records of call activities and outcomes in the company’s CRM
  • Craft comprehensive notes on appointment details and lead information
  • Achieve and exceed daily and weekly KPIs for call volume and appointment bookings
  • Skillfully overcome objections and articulate the unique value proposition of our real estate services
  • Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor in all client interactions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
  • Adapt to evolving market trends and adjust pitches accordingly
Requirements
