A Day in the Life

Remote Sales is designed to complement traditional field sales force with a technology enabled, an innovative remote selling capability that will enhance accessibility to product and service solutions for our customers and thus improve the overall customer experience. Remote sales organization is specifically growing & maintaining sales revenue and supporting the sales execution in instrumentation of selected accounts.

This position is part of VES (Virtual Engagement Solutions) Remote Sales team, responsible for Surgical portfolio in South Poland.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Remotely sell Medtronic's products and retain end-user patients within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts for pre-defined territory locations to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals.
  • Identify, develop and close leads for the business and refer on internal lead when appropriate.
  • Provide input on new markets, new product introductions and existing products or supplies.
  • Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services.
  • Manage and respond to customer concerns and problems.
  • Arrange demonstration of products by field sales representatives.
  • Planning and execution of sales activities as well as providing on-going sales support including sales calls, data analysis, customer opportunities, and sales rep follow-up.


Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Technical/Medical education degree
  • Field sales experience in healthcare industry min. 2 years
  • Experience and complete knowledge of company products and services
  • Strong “remote” communication and selling skills accompanied with presentation/ communication skills over the phone & ability to track and close deals with customers
  • Result-orientation and high motivation
  • Preferrable localization is Małopolskie, optional Mazowieckie.


Surgical knowledge and experience in tender processes are desirable for this position.
