Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Technology Consultant with a specialization in SAP HRM to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. In this critical role, you will contribute significantly to streamlining HR and payroll operations through the effective utilization of SAP products. This position allows for flexibility with remote work, although occasional on-site attendance may be necessary. Your primary responsibilities will encompass the enabling of SAP HCM technology, facilitating process enhancements, and delivering direct support for HR and Payroll functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize your expertise in SAP HR/Payroll modules—including Personnel Management, Payroll, and Time Management—to provide outstanding support.
  • Maintain system reliability, lead disaster recovery initiatives, and manage incident responses proficiently.
  • Collaborate effectively with third-party vendors for configuration, project delivery, and ongoing system support to enhance operational functionality.
  • Partner closely with HR teams to ensure seamless integration of business processes and optimization of system performance.

  • Strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience in vendor management.
