Position Overview

In this pivotal role, you will assist our retail franchise owners by fostering communication, delivering superior guest service training, ensuring adherence to company standards, and providing guidance through various channels. Your focus will be centered on achieving key business objectives, including sales growth and profitability, through collaboration and education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with franchisees to execute the company's business model effectively across all locations.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of financial reports to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Support franchisees with growth initiatives by recommending pricing strategies and product mix adjustments.
  • Build strong partnerships anchored in trust and collaboration with franchise owners to ensure compliance and engagement.
  • Lead initiatives in guest service excellence and team development, motivating franchise teams to enhance guest experiences.
  • Provide guidance on local marketing strategies and community engagement efforts.
  • Assist in implementing effective merchandising approaches that align with company objectives.
  • Maintain consistent communication with assigned franchisees through regular check-ins.
  • Travel as needed for site visits and performance evaluations, ensuring hands-on support.
  • Document performance metrics for assigned locations and gather feedback to refine training resources.
  • Promote and oversee compliance with operational standards throughout the franchise network.
  • Stay informed about ongoing projects that can support franchisees effectively.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of consulting experience in multi-unit specialty retail (franchise experience preferred).
  • Strong financial acumen, with proficiency in analyzing P&L statements and balance sheets.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and retail management tools, along with advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and motivate teams.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to analyze franchise performance and coach owners effectively.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in district or area management is advantageous.
  • Must be able to travel frequently, with proximity to a major international airport.
