Job Title: Real Estate Acquisition Consultant - Remote

Compensation: Base plus commission

Job Overview

We are in search of an enthusiastic and driven Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to become a vital part of our innovative team. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to engage in the buying and selling of properties on behalf of our esteemed organization. No prior experience in real estate is necessary; we are focused on attracting candidates with a robust sales background who possess a strong desire for personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with leads and evaluate properties through comparative analysis to facilitate acquisitions.
  • Negotiate the purchase and sale of properties effectively.
  • Execute comprehensive due diligence for all acquisitions and prepare contracts for necessary approvals.
  • Assess repair needs and establish both the After Repair Value (ARV) and As-Is value of properties.
  • Meet with homeowners to present compelling offers on their properties.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents, purchasers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience with a proven history of achievement.
  • Exceptional communication capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales quotas through telephonic outreach.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work setting and maintain self-discipline.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not mandatory.
