Role Overview

As a Senior Project Manager and licensed architect, you will be pivotal in managing and coordinating various projects, primarily within the educational sector, while ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project management initiatives for K-12 educational projects, effectively coordinating all aspects of project activities.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, nurturing strong relationships through ongoing communication.
  • Develop strategic plans and cost estimates for new projects, focusing on scope and financial assessments.
  • Oversee multiple project teams, establishing schedules and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
  • Manage project budgets with a goal of achieving a minimum net profit of 15%.
  • Partner with the Managing Principal to identify and explore new business development opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Revit is essential.
  • Excellent design and communication capabilities, combined with a proactive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is required.
  • Must hold a valid architect license.
