Job Overview

We are in search of an accomplished Civil Engineer/Project Manager to join our esteemed team, embracing the flexibility of a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Project Engineer/Project Manager overseeing civil design and land planning initiatives.
  • Spearhead the design and planning efforts for athletic and recreational facilities.
  • Coordinate project teams and uphold rigorous quality control standards.
  • Complete project deliverables, including construction documents, technical reports, and cost estimations.
  • Manage project billing and staffing forecasts.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering their professional development.
  • Assist in proposal writing and contribute to business development efforts.
  • Represent the company in client engagements, ensuring the establishment of strong, professional relationships.

Required Skills

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and possession of a P.E. license.
  • 7-10 years of experience in civil design, encompassing hydrology, grading, utilities, and beyond.
  • Proficiency in state and local permitting processes, including familiarity with the Water Management Districts in Florida (SJRWMD, SWFWMD, SFWMD).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing abilities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Civil 3D software.
  • A commitment to sustainable design and experience across various development types.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is essential.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant civil design experience.
