Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the vision and execution of innovative data analytics solutions tailored for our Health & Benefits customers.
  • Engage with end-users through interviews, focus groups, and testing to ensure alignment with their needs.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor strategies to inform and shape product direction.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate complex data into user-friendly applications.
  • Curate data sets and develop insights and visualizations based on user input.
  • Monitor key product performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights to enhance the user experience.
  • Partner with stakeholders across various sectors to identify needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to refine product backlogs, formulate roadmaps, and coordinate releases.
  • Champion Agile artifacts management and facilitate prioritization discussions within teams.
  • Evaluate features and costs to ascertain product feasibility and timelines.
  • Foster the development of team members, sharing your inspiration and zeal for the work.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in launching and scaling products in data analytics or business intelligence sectors.
  • Proficient in analytics and visualization tools, such as Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile practices and methodologies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with team members and lead discussions.
  • Proven leadership capability to guide self-organizing teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced context.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in a technology-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare or startup settings is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with HSA, FSA, HRA, JSA, and COBRA products is advantageous.
  • Previous mentoring experience with junior product managers is a plus.

Work Environment
