JOB DESCRIPTION
We're seeking a highly skilled Hyperion Financial Systems Consultant to join our team. As an EPM expert, you'll maintain, configure, and support critical enterprise financial systems while ensuring adherence to generally accepted accounting principles, regulatory reporting requirements, and internal controls.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support Hyperion Profitability and Cost Management and Hyperion Planning applications for cost allocations
- Support transformation project to migrate from Hyperion on premise applications to Oracle Cloud applications
- Provide support for EPM module problem resolution, report writing, enhancements, process revisions/updates, troubleshooting, and mitigation of risks
- Support the planning, design, testing, and implementation of financial application initiatives and capabilities
- Recommend continuous improvements for enhancing or replacing current business processes ensuring adequate accounting controls
- Facilitate change management activities based on analysis of end-to-end processes
What You Must Have
- 6+ years of related work experience, including 3+ years of Profitability and Cost Management (HPCM/EPCM), Planning, or Essbase experience on Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
- Related Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields
- Experience working in a finance environment and producing financial deliverables
- Former Administrator of one or more Hyperion/EPM modules
- Proven experience working within the HPCM/EPCM and Planning toolsets
- Experience with Master Data Management processes and tools (EDMCS/DRM)
- Experience working with an Essbase OLAP toolset
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Well-organized and able to prioritize issues, activities, and projects
- Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information, adhering to data privacy and security principles, such as HIPAA.
What We Would Prefer You Have
- Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM experience
- Certification in any Oracle finance cloud platform
- Proven knowledge of multiple Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management modules
- Cost Allocation experience
- Experience developing financial reports involving multiple dimensions and complex hierarchies
- Experience with extract and transformation tools
- Experience with Visual Basic (VB) coding
- Knowledge of ERP/PeopleSoft/PeopleTools functionality
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt, and innovate, keeping pace with the latest trends in technology including artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or Information Technology or related
General Physical Demands

Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $104,600 - $115,000
Annualized Salary Range: $104,600 - $169,900
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
