About the Role

As an Associate Account Manager, you are primarily responsible for supporting the success of clients’ digital marketing presence, and their overall happiness with the Scorpion client experience. 

You are expected own your book of business, expected to be knowledgeable on Scorpion’s product offerings, systems, platforms, and the digital marketing industry as a whole in order to become an effective extension of your client’s business, whether that be handling task-related work that arise from client requests, ensuring client websites are updated, coaching and mentoring other team members, or being in charge of voicing and celebrating wins loud and proud with your team.

What your success will look like
  • Proactive and reactive communication with clients 
  • Primarily responsible for coverage of inbound communication and handling task related work from client requests
  • Responsible for reviewing client websites to ensure standards are being met
  • Update team documents / spreadsheets required by team lead
  • Responsible for showing clients that Scorpion is here to help them quickly and effectively whenever they need us

  • 1+ year of marketing agency experience
  • A keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraints
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising
  • Willingness to learn new programs
  • Ability to work under pressure

Compensation  

We acknowledge that states have passed legislation promoting pay transparency. As a national employer, Scorpion has made the decision to post our expected pay rate or pay range (as applicable) in all our job postings, regardless of geographic location.

  • The base salary range is $55,000 (entry-level) - $60,000 (highly experienced), exclusive of fringe benefits. If you are hired at Scorpion, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the total salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses or commissions.
