Who We're Looking For - Temporary Medicare Setter Agent
The Impact You Will Make
  • Answering incoming calls from Medicare beneficiaries and asking qualifying questions to determine their needs and eligibility for speaking with a sales agent.
  • Transferring qualified callers to the appropriate sales agent or department for further assistance.
  • Providing excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Adhering to scripts and guidelines provided for call handling and qualification purposes.
  • Achieving and maintaining a UA (Unavailability of Assistance) rate of 20% or lower, demonstrating reliability and availability to assist callers.
  • Participating in special projects as assigned by management, including outbound calling campaigns or quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintaining a positive and responsive attitude towards customers and colleagues.
  • Being coachable and receptive to feedback to continuously improve performance.
  • Responding promptly to chats and participating in group activities to enhance team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Attending meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with callers.
  • Ability to follow scripts and guidelines accurately.
  • UA (Unavailability of Assistance) rate of 20% or lower, demonstrating reliability and availability to handle calls.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing job requirements and schedules.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development to enhance job performance and customer satisfaction.
