Job Title: Lead Generation Expert (Part-Time)
Job Summary:
LatamCent is seeking an experienced Lead Generation Expert to support our team in identifying, engaging, and converting potential B2B SaaS clients. You will work 2 hours per day, focusing on building effective lead-generation strategies using tools like Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot, creating cold outbound messaging, and refining our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Build and maintain ICPs for various B2B SaaS clients.
Create and execute cold outbound strategies and messaging, improving engagement and conversion.
Utilize lead generation platforms such as Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot to identify and track potential leads.
Coordinate with our sales and recruitment teams to align messaging and ensure lead quality.
Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to optimize outreach efforts.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in lead generation, specifically for B2B SaaS companies.
Strong working knowledge of Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot.
C1+ level English proficiency (both written and spoken).
Proven success in developing ICPs and cold outreach messaging.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
