Description

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager (m/f/d) to lead customer relationships and drive sales for our innovative Cyber Security solutions and services in the automotive industry.

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for key customers, leading the entire sales process from identifying opportunities to negotiating contracts and closing the deal. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align customer needs with our cutting-edge technologies, all while maintaining strong, long-term relationships and expanding business with both new and existing clients. Your strategic thinking and understanding of the automotive sector will be important as your major focus will be managing accounts and deliver client-focused solutions in that area.

Tasks

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer needs and inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Oversee customer account management, including contract and agreement negotiations.
  • Negotiate new deals and contracts with clients.
  • Coordinate all sales activities between the international locations.
  • Expand business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement.

Location

  • Willingness to travel.
  • Location in Wolfsburg, Stuttgart, Munich, Berlin or remote.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in a technical field or business administration, or a highly successful vocational qualification in IT.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager (all genders) in sales of complex IT solutions within the B2B sector, ideally in Industrial Security, Smart Factory, Smart Mobility, or Smart Cities.
  • Knowledge in product sales in IT security or familiar software areas.
  • Track record in growing business and delivering client-focused solutions tailored to specific customer needs.
  • Passion for networking and building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Customer network and experience in international markets is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with fluency in both German and English.
