About the role

We're seeking a Sales Director to lead and grow our business across the UK. Based ideally in Leeds or Liverpool, you’ll be on the road, building relationships with key clients, expanding our portfolio, and delivering strategic digital solutions. We need someone who can hit the ground running, bringing fresh ideas, energy, and a successful sales history in the digital world.


Here's an overview of your responsibilities, and the tasks that you're expected to do as part of your role

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth across the digital landscape
  • Build and manage relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored digital solutions
  • Lead negotiations, close high-value deals, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements and market trends.Regular travel across the UK to meet clients and develop opportunities

About you

  • A disciplined approach, an understanding of Tech Stacks and a solid financial acumen
  • A strong and demonstrable track record of success in digital sales, evidenced by results
  • Confident in managing comprehensive responses to request for quotes and invitation to bid processes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Flexibility to travel nationwide to meet clients and develop business when required
  • A passion for digital innovation and a results-driven mindset
