Your Impact

As the Marketing Director, you will act as a strategic business partner to our commercial team, bringing creative solutions and leading integrated marketing efforts. You’ll be the driving force behind the growth of our Care portfolio by leading initiatives that combine technical insights and creativity. Your contributions will help shape the way we introduce innovative products to the market and engage with our principal brands and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams and key partners to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Creative Campaigns: Develop fresh content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, webinars, and more to showcase our industry expertise.
  • Indy Brand Mapping: Conduct Indy brand mapping and launch analytics to support principal relationship growth and trend presentation development.
  • Industry Expertise: Analyze market trends and competitive data to stay ahead of the curve and continuously innovate marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Serve as a liaison with Corporate Marketing and external partners to align efforts and ensure success across all touchpoints. Develop and maintain quarterly marketing calendar for Care vertical and Principal relationships
  • Onboarding Coordination: Coordinate Care marketing plans for newly acquired and existing Principals, including onboarding across all marketing platforms with 60/90 day roll-out approvals.
  • Trade Show Engagement: Represent LBB Specialties at key industry events such as Cosmoprof and CEW, ensuring our brand stands out in the market. Work closely corporate marketing on proper booth set-up for exhibitions
  • Measurable Success: Analyze key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and use data-driven insights to adjust strategies.
