Job Title: Account Manager
Location:
Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Manager to manage communications with 15-20 clients through Slack and ensure smooth project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong, long-term client relationships, triaging requests, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing daily communications via Slack.
  • Ensure client projects are executed on time by coordinating with creative, strategy, and production teams.
  • Address client requests, retrieve data as needed, and manage some data entry tasks.
  • Maintain up-to-date status on all client requests.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships by ensuring timely, clear communication.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience with Slack for client communications.
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools such as ClickUp.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience managing client relationships.
  • Familiarity with the marketing or creative agency environment.
