Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Process Consultant specializing in Finance and Supply Chain to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about optimizing business processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the expert in Source to Pay (S2P), focusing on procurement, supplier management, and accounts payable to guide customers in maximizing our advanced platform and best practices.
  • Lead initiatives for process definition, re-engineering, and improvement, aligning customer operations with their strategic objectives.
  • Advise clients on effectively utilizing our platform’s features to enhance their S2P processes, ensuring they unlock its full potential.
  • Facilitate customer workshops that concentrate on process design and solution implementation for optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, translating them into actionable strategies and user-friendly documentation.
  • Advocate for customer success throughout the engagement, ensuring that their needs are prioritized and met.
  • Provide training and mentorship to both customers and internal teams, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate within a diverse team and be available for occasional travel to engage with customers (up to 25% annually).

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience with complex, global enterprises.
  • At least 3 years of expertise in S2P processes.
  • Proven ability to influence and advise stakeholders effectively, delivering clear solutions to business and technical challenges.
  • Comprehensive understanding of S2P functional areas and their interrelations.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing future-state S2P processes integrating people, processes, and technology.
  • Familiarity with leading S2P systems and tools (e.g., Procurify, Ariba, Coupa).
  • Proficient in converting business needs into actionable plans, including user stories for Agile Development.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong capabilities in presentation and facilitation.
  • Experience in delivering technology-enabled knowledge-centered service and support.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of recommending solutions aligned with business priorities.
  • A collaborative team player with a customer-centric approach who thrives in a diverse environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • A solid track record of at least 5 years in relevant consulting experience and proven S2P process expertise.
