Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in laundry manufacturing, supply chain dynamics, and tariff regulations.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to discern the unique challenges faced by clients.
  • Formulate strategies to enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and cost reduction within manufacturing processes.
  • Assess and refine supply chain methodologies, implementing effective recommendations for sourcing, procurement, logistics, and distribution.
  • Provide astute guidance on tariff compliance, ensuring clients fully understand and adhere to applicable regulations.
  • Identify avenues for cost reduction throughout manufacturing and supply chain operations.
  • Proactively manage risks to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
  • Oversee consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, deliverables, and client satisfaction.

Required Skills
