Job Overview

In the role of Finance Director, you will take charge of our financial strategy and operations during a pivotal period of growth. Your financial acumen will be essential in attracting capital, nurturing relationships with venture capital firms, and managing banking partnerships, ensuring the sustained financial health of the organization and positioning us for future success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to secure funding through various financial instruments, including equity and debt options.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with venture capital firms, private equity investors, and potential funding sources.
• Develop and deliver compelling financial projections, investor presentations, and models to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to outline and implement strategic financial objectives.
• Oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Establish and manage partnerships with banks and financial institutions to optimize our capital structure.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Implement effective internal controls and financial policies to safeguard the company’s assets.
