Job Overview

Join our pioneering virtual healthcare organization as a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA). In this essential role, you will deliver remote patient consultations, leveraging our cutting-edge healthcare platform that empowers patients to take charge of their health. Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with patients through insightful inquiry to identify underlying health issues.
  • Apply your clinical expertise to formulate accurate diagnoses based on patient history, examination, and testing.
  • Order and interpret laboratory tests to gather crucial data for patient treatment.
  • Prescribe appropriate medications and furnish detailed usage instructions.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of committed medical professionals, including fellow Physicians and Nurse Practitioners, to ensure exemplary patient care.
  • Cultivate a trusting and empathetic relationship with patients, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
  • Navigate challenges with innovative solutions to enhance patient outcomes.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or family medicine as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP).
  • At least two (2) years of experience in rural medicine as an APP.
  • Possession of an active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
  • A compassionate approach to patient care and the ability to establish rapport with patients.
  • Strong understanding of examination methodologies, including lab work, imaging, and diagnostic interpretation.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of common medications, their side effects, and contraindications.
  • Commitment to upholding patient confidentiality and respecting healthcare preferences.
  • Multiple APP licenses are advantageous.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
